The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption is conducting a series of Corruption Prevention Programmes targeting 1,400 CEB employees of the Sabaragamuwa Province. The third programme in the series was held on 21st May 2025 at the Teacher Training Centre in Meneripitiya, with approximately 110 officers from the Sabaragamuwa Province in attendance.

Prevention Officers of the Commission, Mrs. Udeshika Jayasekara and Mr. Shammi Srilal, provided attendees with valuable insights on the New Anti-Corruption Act, the concept of integrity, and the prevention of bribery and corruption. They also informed participants about the consequences of bribery and corruption. Before concluding the programme, the resource persons addressed questions that attendees had regarding bribery and corruption.
