The format for the Declaration of Assets and Liabilities, prescribed by regulations in terms of Section 82(1) of the Anti-Corruption Act, No. 9 of 2023, was prepared by the Minister in consultation with the Commission, and was published in Extraordinary Gazette No. 2428/43 on 20th March 2025 in terms of Sections 156(1) and (2) of the Anti-Corruption Act.

The published Regulation was presented to the Parliament on 04th June 2025 in terms of Section 156(3) of the Anti-Corruption Act and was approved by the Parliament.
