A Corruption Prevention Programme was conducted on 05 July 2025 for Staff Grade officers and other officers at the Road Passenger Transport Board, Southern Province. The programme was held in the auditorium of the Southern Province Development Training Institute with nearly 150 officers in attendance.

Prevention Officer Mrs. Chamodi Jayasinghe shared her expertise with the participants on the new Anti-Corruption Act and the ways to prevent bribery and corruption. She also briefed the audience on the consequences of bribery and corruption and discussed the concept of integrity. Before concluding, she answered the questions raised by the audience.
