The Investigation Officers of CIABOC have arrested the Chief Clerk of the Divisional Secretariat, Eravur Pattu, Chenkalady and the Coordinating Secretary of a former State Minister on alleged soliciting and accepting a bribe of Rs. 150,000/= on 21.06.2022 in accordance with a complaint received by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption.

The Investigation Officers of CIABOC have arrested a Colony Officer assigned to the Divisional Secretariat, Tissamaharama and another individual on alleged soliciting and accepting a bribe of Rs.2 lakhs on 29.04.2022 in accordance with a complaint received by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption.

The Investigation Officers of CIABOC have arrested a Grama Niladhari attached to the Divisional Secretariat, Ratmalana on alleged soliciting and accepting a bribe of Rs. 5,000/= on 28.04.2022 in accordance with a complaint received by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption.

The Investigation Officers of CIABOC have arrested a Police Sergeant at the Police Station, Ragama on alleged receiving a bribe of Rs.3,000/= on 31.03.2022 in accordance with a complaint received by the Bribery Commission.

The Investigation Officers of CIABOC have arrested a  Police Constable at Ilavalai Police Station, Jaffna on alleged soliciting and accepting a bribe of Rs.30,000/= on 05.04.2022 in accordance with a complaint received by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption.

The Investigation Officers of CIABOC have arrested a Police Constable attached to Wattala Police Station on alleged soliciting and accepting a bribe of Rs. 15000/= on 21.03.2022 in accordance with a complaint received by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption.
