Nissanka Jeewaka Kandula Silva, Summons Server and Writ Executor of the Chilaw District/Magistrate’s Court, was arrested by the Commission at around 10.05 a.m. on 25th June 2025, in connection with an ongoing investigation into a bribery incident. He accepted Rs. 610,000 from an individual, promising to attend to matters related to the release of his tractor soon, which was a production in a case pending in the Anamaduwa Magistrate’s Court.
