Arrest of a Police Constable in Colombo area for a bribe of Rs.2000/-

The officers of the CIABOC have arrested a Police Constable in Borella Police Station on 21.07.2019 when accepting a bribe of Rs.2000/- to return the belongings of the complainant taken by the Police and to abstain from taking legal action against an incident of an assault.
