The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption conducted a Bribery and Corruption Prevention Programme for medical, nursing, paramedical and non-academic staff of the Apeksha Hospital on June 17, 2025. The programme was held in the hospital’s main auditorium.

Resource persons from the Commission, Mrs. Chamodi Jayasinghe (Prevention Officer) and Mrs. Eranga Madushi (Prevention Officer), provided valuable insights to attendees on the consequences of bribery and corruption and educated them on measures to prevent them. They also explained the Concept of Integrity and discussed the new Anti-Corruption Act. Lastly, they addressed the concerns attendees had regarding this issue.
